Smith & Sons Knife Company takes pride in creating knives that will stand the test of time. Their custom knives are all made by Gary and his two sons, Zac & Alex, in Sulphur, Louisiana. Their knives are not only tools to be used but are beautiful enough to hand down for generations to come. They believe it is imperative to focus on quality materials with experienced craftsmanship. 

Heat treated and tempered blades are done in-house under very tight tolerances, producing superior edge-holding capability. They understand that balancing hard work, experience, skill, and God-given talents are imperative to their success. They hold one another to very high standards because they care about each knife that leaves their shop.

Although Gary and his sons aren't African Knifemakers, they make great quality blades in the USA, and they are good friends with South Louisiana natives and ACK website owners Nathan Reynerson and his brother, Nolan. Maybe one day we will see some collaborations between them and some of the African Knifemakers!
